BMW Of North America Retail & CPO Marketing Manager in WOODCLIFF LAKE, New Jersey

The Retail & CPO Marketing Manager is responsible for defining the plan and steering all communication measures on T2 and the retail level in regards to new car sales, used car (CPO). Define (together with sales department) quarterly sales messages, ensuring creation and availability of suitable campaigns to meet the sales and brand requirements. Strategically steer dealer parties through committees, forums and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Development and implement national sales campaigns
Manage AVP from a marketing perspective (inclusive of Aftersales responsibilities)
Manage and lead multiple agency partners on creative, media, T3 and digital initiatives
Coordinate and align dealer sub committee (DSMC) steering board meetings
Collaborate and communicate with regions (RMMs) on all retail marketing topics
Present national initiatives at key MACOs
National Tier 2 Media coordination and reporting
Oversee Tier 3 marketing game plan including web, social, creative and digital
Steer budget for Brand Communications department
Monitor dealer websites to ensure compliance and consistent brand messaging
Drive innovation & change for T3. Ensure a tierless set up from T1-T3 across all channels.
Steer & lead CPO marketing and media approach across all tiers
Implement innovation & technology from Tier 1 (e.g., UNREAL Engine) across Tier 3 to ensure brand consistency

The pay range for this role is: $114,067.00 - $142,318.00.

The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

Bachelor Degree
6 years of Marketing and Automotive Sales and/or CPO experience
Strong presentation skills

Preferences:
Masters Degree
Area Manager experience
