Job duties:

• Concrete layout, curbs, gutters, foundations;
• Tying rebar;
• Working with crew to place concrete forms;
• Measuring of flatwork for pitch and size;
• Removal of forms;
• Grading; Installation of vapor barrier, insulation and other materials;
• Layout of blueprints;
• Tool/Inventory Management;
• Operation of Total Stations/Robotic Total Stations

Candidates must be:

• Available to work 11 hours per day on average
• Able to stand on your feet 11+ hours daily
• Able to life 50 100 lbs.
• Able to climb ladders 40+ feet high
• Able to work on elevated levels
• Able to work in dusty/dirty conditions
• Able to work in extreme weather conditions (heat/cold)
