Who are you?

You are someone who is preserving and generating wealth on behalf of clients. We are searching for a Wealth Advisor to join our Wealth Management Team! As a Wealth Advisor your responsibilities would include developing and deepening client relationships, providing sound financial planning advice and counsel, and working closely with all members of the Wealth Management Team to exceed client expectations. You will be responsible for:

• Developing and managing existing client relationships, including ongoing regular client contact and communications.
• Implementing financial plans, including coordination of estate, insurance and tax strategies.
• Working with the portfolio management team to incorporate clients' investment strategies with their planning objectives.
• Actively participating in development of new business and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

You will need a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university AND 4-6 years of relevant experience in financial advisory services with demonstrated ability to develop and manage existing client relationships and develop new business.

Required Certifications:

FINRA Series 7, 63 (at start), 65 and PA Insurance (within 6 months)

Recommended Certifications:

CFP, CTFA, CIMA, ChFC

You demonstrate well developed abilities and/or proven record of success in the following areas:

• Strong written and oral communication
• Ability to engage in public speaking and social media outlets
• High attention to detail
• Collaborative and client focused
• Actively engages as a team member and leverage the strengths of the overall team to deliver outstanding results and solutions to our clients
