Provide clerical support for the Finance Office.\ Respond to inquiries regarding Finance in person, on the phone, and electronically.\ Ensure documentation is maintained and up-to-date in imaging system.\ Demonstrate ability in problem solving, multitasking, and time management.\ Assist the Associate Vice Chancellor and Vice Chancellor for Finance with projects as needed.\ Perform other duties as assigned.
