The Learning Assistant Coordinator not only supports, trains, and supervises undergraduate student leaders in our K-State First Learning Assistant program, but also leads and supports additional efforts in Student Success coursework, teaching, and supervision of graduate assistants, practicum students, and interns.\ \ Why Join Us:\ Since its inception in 2008, K-State First has gone from serving 400 students to well over 2,000 students each year. - Bachelor\'s Degree
- This position may use an educational equivalency as determined by a hiring manager.
\ Preferred Qualifications:
- Master\'s Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience in higher education
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Demonstrated success in teaching, advising, and/or leading undergraduates.
- Experience with planning, implementing, assessing, and improving programs.
- Experience with student data systems (i.e., KSIS, Canvas)
- Collaborative leadership skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and related software
