The Tenant Underwriting Processor is responsible for reviewing and validating an applicant’s submission of information to become a tenant. Responsible for processing the applications in an efficient, secure, and confidential manner.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for researching and approving tenant lease applications. Processes requests by company leasing staff in preparing lease and other documents in order to ensure compliance and alignment with best practices.

• Manages daily workload assignments in order to meet productivity and quality standards of delivering processed leases.

• Receives ongoing coaching, feedback and attends team meetings with Manager in order to assess performance against deliverables and ensure best practices.

  Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, or related field or equivalent experience in Real Estate or Property Management

• Loan underwriting, banking, credit, and/or clerical/administrative experience required

• PC skills (Proficient in Excel)

• Excellent planning and organizational skills

• Excellent communication skill, both written and verbal
