We are looking for Responsible Managing Employee to join our team. This position will be based in Honolulu, HI.

You’ll make an impact as you:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical contracting projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Supervise and lead a team of skilled technicians and contractors to execute projects efficiently and effectively.

  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

  • Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including permits, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and subcontractors.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve processes and procedures.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical contracting, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects of varying sizes and complexity.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

  • Ability to obtain electrical contracting licenses in Hawaii for both C13 and C63 classifications.

  • Knowledge of relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.

  • Experience in protection and automation systems, including work with relays.

  • Proficiency in electrical startup and commissioning for medium voltage switchgear.

  • Ability to implement electrical maintenance for industrial facilities in accordance with manufacturers' standards, NETA Maintenance standards, and NFPA 70B guidelines.

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 15-20 years of experience in electrical contracting

  • C13 and C63 electrical contracting licenses

  • The pay range for this position is $88,340 - $151,440 and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
