In this role, you will be joining the Supply Chain & Customer Service Team, part of the Finance & Operations department of Veramaris, a joint venture of Evonik and dsm-firmenich, headquartered in Delft. The contract will be signed with dsm-firmenich. Veramaris is expanding access to sustainable Omega-3 that’s rich in both EPA & DHA with the world’s first ASC-MSC-certified microalgae oil for fish and shrimp feed. From our headquarters in Delft, Netherlands to our advanced production facility in Blair, Nebraska, we collaborate with value chain partners to support the entire seafood industry in both creating and capturing value. From the scientist to the shopper, Veramaris algal oil delivers confidence and ease of use to mitigate Omega-3 supply risk, and attain better performance, less waste, and higher quality seafood.

Key responsibilities:

• Own Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Process in cooperation with business functions, Production and Logistics

• Plan and execute replenishment flows to distribution centers and toll manufacturing sites using the SAP System, plan and execute SAP system-based contract manufacturing processes; maintain Supply Chain and Material Master data Management in SAP

• Give input to definition of inventory levels and define stock policies in agreement with business management.

• Develop customer delivery schedules in alignment with demand planning, customer service and production plant logistics.

• Monitor relevant Supply Chain KPIs and identify and implement improvements for supply chain and logistic processes and cost; perform Root Cause Analysis, Corrective and Preventative Action Plans on supply chain and logistic related Service Complaints.

• Contribute to projects related to end-to-end supply chain and offer-to-cash process, in cooperation with supporting business functions in Veramaris mother companies.

• Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 50490 to € 72128 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits, such as 25 holiday days, a bonus, the option to buy more holiday days with a 6% my choice budget and much more.

  You bring:

• Master Degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering

• You have at least 3 years work experience in Supply Chain or related business environments; experience with working in projects.

• Knowledge on food & feed logistics, edible oil bulk logistics is beneficial for this role

• Strong SAP system skills, ideally in demand & supply planning tools (SAP IBP or APO SNP) and have the ability to implement changes.

• You have a can-do mentality and like to work in a very dynamic work environment. You take ownership in the things you do and are sensitive to others.

• You speak and write fluently in English. Other languages are welcome (Dutch, French, Norwegian, Portuguese and/or Spanish)
