Participate in a variety of horticultural activities in production/care of produce, i.e. plant, weed, spray, harvest, clean produce, etc. Prepare produce for market. Operate tractor to cultivate soil. General maintenance of farm building/facilities/grounds. Non smoking/drinking/drug environment.

Employer-provided housing Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so that workers may prepare their own meals and will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries. employer may provide occasional meals when kitchen facilities are not available, and if so, will not deduct the allowable meal rate.

Employer will provide one or more vehicles to adequately transport the number of workers requested. Available vehicles may consist of pickups (capacity of 2 - 6), cars (capacity 2 - 5), SUVs (capacity of 5 - 7), or vans (capacity of 10+). Due to the nature of farming, the availability/types of vehicles may change frequently.
