Part-time Traffic Control/Flagger

\$15.00/Hr.

Direct and control traffic at construction sites or other locations as assigned. Set up traffic control devices, such as cones, signs, and barricades, to guide vehicles and pedestrians safely. Communicate with drivers and pedestrians to provide instructions and ensure compliance with traffic regulations. Monitor traffic flow and adjust traffic control measures as needed. Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others by following safety protocols and procedures. Report any incidents or hazards to the appropriate personnel.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous experience as a Traffic Controller or similar role is preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with drivers, pedestrians, and coworkers.
• Drivers license preferred but not required.

This job is a \"day job\". Meaning if you work that day, you get paid that day. If you would like to go back and if I have enough spots, I will call you back to the next day. It is a part-time job but can be a full-time if good and able to work. This position is seasonal and will start fully in March and will last until Nov./Dec. when it is too cold.
