Southland Holdings is currently accepting resumes  to join our team as a Concrete Batch Plant Operator in Benton, AR

Requirements:

• Experience operating concrete batch plants according to prescribed specifications and standards

• Monitor and adjust equipment controls to ensure proper batching and mixing of materials

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in batching and mixing materials

• Must work in all weather conditions and be prepared for both extreme heat and cold

• Must pass post offer drug screen

  Desired qualifications:

• Knowledge of workplace safety requirements and

•  Ability to stand, squat, stoop, bend, lift for extended periods of time

•  Ability to work unsupervised

•  Must be able to work independently and maintain a schedule of work.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
