The Sales Specialist will serve as a key player in strategizing and achieving sales targets by effectively promoting and selling Control and Low Voltage electrical products to customers within specified industries. This pivotal role involves comprehensive planning and execution of sales activities tailored to meet the unique needs of targeted customer segments.

You'll make a difference by:

  • Strategizing sales volumes and assessing the potential of customer groups to understand the needs of potential or existing customers.

  • Utilizing CRM to provide vital information for forecasting and strategic planning.

  • Establishing and maintaining customer contacts, fostering a customer-centric network to systematically develop expertise in both customer and industry/vertical markets.

  • Exploring and assessing specific business opportunities for products/solutions by analyzing customers' mid-term investments in the industry/vertical market.

  • Providing direct support to customers in conducting cost/benefit analyses and calculations to showcase the specific advantages of Siemens products.

  • Collaborating with other professionals and management to prepare and negotiate projects and proposals.

  • Ensuring the completion of sales and revenue-related key reporting.

  • Contributing to the development of an After Sales Service focused on meeting customers' needs.

Your success is grounded in:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electronics, or relevant fields, additional certifications in Business Administration would be advantageous.

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in selling electrical and control products within the industrial sector and OEM, demonstrating understanding of industry characteristics, trends, and supplier chain operations.

  • Strong key account management skills, strategic mindset, and effective customer orientation, with the ability to handle intensive workloads and multitask.

  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English and Thai, with the ability to communicate with internal and external partners across all levels.

  • A proven sales track record with consistent target achievement.

  • Ability to confidently conduct product demonstrations and present technical details with a focus on products such as MCCB, VSD, Contactors, Soft Starters, etc.
